Our block of S5 sexual health work in Forrester High School wrapped up this week. We spent a total of four weeks with each of the five classes looking at healthy relationships, confidence in decision-making relating to sexual health and relationships, risk taking behaviour, STI’s and ways to keep ourselves safe.
Thanks to all the S5’s who participated so openly in the sessions. The feedback from classes was overwhelmingly positive. As well as positive comments from the young people, 73% of participants said that they felt more confident in managing their sexual health and 87% felt they had increased their knowledge of STI’s.
