It’s spooky season and things have taken a darker turn around here (and we’re not just talking about the clocks going back).
While our staff may have been a little spooked, our young people seem to have had a perfectly delightful time. The ghosts, ghouls, bumps and gore definitely seem to agree with them. They’ve had fun carving pumpkins – and particularly loved scooping out the gory insides – and making chocolately, gooey Halloween treats.
Our Halloween party is always a highlight of the year. Young people made a splendid effort with their costumes and had a great night playing traditional games, dooking for apples and snaring doughnuts.
Now, what’s the next occasion in the calendar??
