February is LGBT History Month and, to celebrate, LGBT Youth Scotland and LAYC have hosted a short series of In Conversation With events. Joining LGBT Youth Scotland over three conversations were Scottish Borders Rape Crisis Centre, Healthy Respect and, of course, young people. During these conversations a whole host of topics were covered including being trans inclusive, best practice, gender-based violence and helping young people to flourish.
Today, it was the turn of the Youth Agency and featured Senior Youth Worker, Yaz Rew, who enjoyed a conversation with our friend and colleague Rachel Barr from Healthy Respect, to discuss our LBGT Youth Scotland Charter Journey.
These conversations were fascinating and highlighted great ways for organisations to connect, share stories and support young people. Thank you to all involved.
