Fluffy or flat? All pancakes are delicious but what is your pancake preference?
Pancake Tuesday easily ranks as one of the young people’s favourite Pyramid nights and, after waiting so long for it to come around, we definitely did not take it easy.
We went all out on French style crepes and fluffy Scotch pancakes and had ALL the toppings. Although there was barely a crumb left we can confirm that the big, round, flat crepe pancakes with chocolate spread and strawberries was the favoured combination – with chocolate and banana coming a close second.
course no pancake day is complete with tossing the pancakes. This was a little nerve-wracking but we can happily report that no pancakes were hurt in the process!
